Wedding venue rental ranges from $3,495 to $7,495 depending on your date, guest count, and bar package. This includes the venue, all furniture, bridal suite, bar service, layout setup/breakdown, and a dedicated planning coordinator. Day-of coordination (decor setup, room transitions, vendor management on event day) is available as an upgrade. No hidden fees. We'll send you a detailed pricing guide after your tour.
Absolutely — most couples do. The Edison Room accommodates up to 250 seated guests for the ceremony, then flips for reception while your guests enjoy cocktail hour in the Libations Lounge. One venue, one night, no shuttles.
Yes. We have a food prep kitchen available for your caterer's use. We also have preferred caterers we love working with — including Sweet Escape Cake Company, Nameless Catering, and Sweet and Savory Catering. Bar services are provided in-house and included with your rental.
Three tiers: Beer & Wine, Basic, and Premium — all with professional bartending staff included. We also offer signature cocktails like the 24 Shelby Espresso Martini and Old Fashioned. Cash bar and champagne toast options are available too.
Yes. The entire venue is on a single floor — 6,000+ sq ft with no stairs. Fully wheelchair accessible throughout, including the Rosewood Room, Edison Room, Libations Lounge, and restrooms.
